Spent the morning learning how to rig a rap on the Practice Wall up on Windy Point on the Catalina Highway. I want to start doing some more technical canyons, and I figured it would be good if I knew what I was doing, rather than depending on others. Had a lot of fun, even did a climb back up the wall twice, just to practice those skills, too.

Parts of my body hurt that don't usually, though. Like my butt. Man.
