Out for a morning jog, I hit the wall after 2 1/2 hours and had to walk for a half hour. I guess my legs hadn't fully recovered from an hour and a half of intense fencing last night. I waved my yellow flag for Tibber. Do you see me? I was Chromedomeless today though. Started at 5:43 and ended at 9 sharp(I always wear a watch when I jog) . Time includes a few photos and other stuff. I carried about 5 pounds and four of it was water. When I used to run the mtns in VT, I'd allways look down and it would make everything flat... 30 years later my body isn't buying into that nonsense. ;) I used to run but now my running is a jog :D .
