Checking on the colors. Spotty, and seem a little duller, but if you work the light there is some nice stuff to be had. Lovely canyon however, and the best is off the trail. Aspen leaves have not turned. Met "dabreeze" and company. Magical Galiuros as always pleasure to visit. Saw quite a few small hiking groups. My first time in this canyon the upper trail was very faint and I saw no one. Not crowded by any stretch of the imagination.
