Nice day with an early start, peak color is at least 1-2 weeks away. Enjoyed walking off the trail in the creek bed most of the way and taking photos of the light in the water. Enough sycamores and a few maples to make good color in the reflected light. I was lazy to go up much so got out early before high sun. Saw fewer people in here than in Ash Creek, for a change. Glaze of snow on high.
