Outstanding day, and a bit punishing too. The bike shuttle from Grandview TH back to New Hance TH worked well, its mostly flat or downhill. Good combination of canyon and river scenery, mining history, very impressive trail building techniques, big views and killer climbs. Hopefully Brian was far enough ahead during the last mile that he didn't hear my sniveling - that is one big, deep Canyon!
