Off trail in the hoodoos,on the knife edge ridges, traversing the base of snowy cliffs and a general good cold time of it. Wonderful views. I'm attaching a couple of old sunset pics from the same general area from Aug 09,to the pic set. The snow ranged from spotty, to a few inches to a foot in drifts along the cliffs. With the approaching storm may be off limits here till spring.
