I had not done a hike to the Windcaves since I was about 10 years old as a girl scout.

I decided to go with 2 of my friends, and their two boxers. Jackson was very glad to have some friends to hike with, (as was I) We made it all the way to the top and back in about 3 hours. Fortunately it wasn't too hot, so the bees weren't really out in the cave area.

It was a very good hike, I feel like my heart is getting stronger. I have more endurance and was able to complete the hike with few breaks.
