My sister decided to come with me on another trail. And she loved this one as much as I do.

I was amazed at myself and how I was able to do this trail with very little effort. Only 3 months ago I was really struggling and couldn't even finish it.

The temperature was beautiful on this day. I wore a light jacket and some yoga pants.

Boy it was windy though, I was shocked to find that the wind only got worse as we got to the Slick Rock Basin. We couldn't stay for very long and had to head back down.

Jackson recognized the trail and was happy to direct me along the way with his leash trailing behind him.

Can't wait to do it again....maybe next time I'll actually reach the Flat Iron.
