With all the rain I figured i'd venture on out to the waterfall and then go off trail along the flowing water for a bit. Was surprised that the water wasn't as much as I thought it would be, seemed to be moderate, i've seen more water there before, guess that is how dry we were. Once I saw the the fall I hiked up above it and hiked on. Saw many petroglyphs along the way. I seemed to be making good time and the weather was nice and cool so I just kept going. Ended up at a section twice as big as the waterfall that was just trickling and thought it would be sweet to see this part releasing water. Hiked on up to the top of that and saw the towers were not too far away so decided to just get on up to the towers. Hiked down the Goat Camp trail and back along the road to my Jeep where hundreds of people were going to see the waterfall. Cars lined up and out the park upon exit as well. Good day.
