Re: Challenging Hike Suggestions

Peak 3465-Hieroglyphic Mountains this is just west of Lake Pleasant. A nice 12 mile hike and odds are you well not see another person on this hike. And you never know what you will see out there. But the views from the top are breathtaking.

Re: Hiking with dogs - where?

@PaHiker
I like to post a +paw when I hike. Of course on some trails I think the size of the dog can change someone’s rating.
Where are you planning on hiking?

@KBKB
Well The last time I was there I never noticed any signs requiring a pass.
I will be hiking up there next month and will keep an eye out for a sign.

Sounds great but Rowdy does not chase anything and he stays on the trail with me and is not a barker.

Well we are doing this next Sunday and will be starting from the Black Canyon Trailhead. We are doing a loop and that's all I really know so far. We will be crossing the Agua Fria a few times.

Re: Agua Fria

@rcorfman
Thanks, I am meeting someone there and not sure what hike we are doing. It's supposed to be a 6 or 7 mile loop that cross's the Agua Fria a few times.
