I have modified my circuit to gain less AEG in addition my hiking frequency has gone down 9 days off this 1/2 year vs 7 days total for 2015. Also, I have added more easy/ recovery days. I have no idea how many miles or feet I've hiked, but I've got a spreadsheet that tracks my charisma, likable nature, and general popularity through the number of followers and how many likes I get on a variety of social media.
