"A Hiker's Guide to Healing" - why one woman hiked

Post by Al_HikesAZ » May 03 2012 2:33 pm

Feeling shame and needing to be alone, a rape victim walks — and walks — searching for peace...
Anybody can make a hike harder. The real skill comes in making the hike easier.

Well, no women have commented yet! Anyway, looks like an interesting life journey, an interesting way to heal.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming, "Wow What a Ride!"
