:rollH: O.K. guys and gals, on occasions I have mention that I run/jog. Here is the proof in the pudding, P.V. Days, 4th Annual, 5K Run. June 28th, 2003. Don't laugh at me now.

And I will say, the Phoenix New Times 10K is my favorite, though I have not ran in in a few years.

Biking at night is great, that is when all the critters come out, I have seen more rattlers at night than in the day time, they don't move much with a head light shining on them.
If you can time a full moon just right (so you don't have to get up for work the next day) it is beautiful out in the desert.

Ok billy ..... I am standing on the floor! :D

In response to what Rodney said:Well...I was hoping at least half the people attending would have some work for me!

Do you know how to maintain a web site, or do you know someone who might be interested in doing this type of work? I don't know what the pay would be, but my client is looking for someone to maintain one of her client's web sites. Maybe someone else knows someone, if you do, PM me please :)

Me too!

I tell you, there is nothing more beautiful that the desert lit up by a full moon, definitely the type of night that one needs to be out there in the elements just taking it all in.

In response to what Kenny said:Ok billy ..... I am standing on the floor!

Is that a challenge? :D

Hey Joe! what do you do when your not hiking or maintaining the site? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Well let me throw my two cents worth in! I like to Hike (duh!), snowboard, camp, fish, drink beer, hang out with my daughter (#1 activity), hang out with my friends, hang out in Rocky Point with my friends, drink beer, travelling abroad, load your god-awful over-stuffed heavy luggage at work when its 112, can't dance do to two left feet, offroading, boating, wakeboarding, jet skiing (when I had one), drink beer, travel to Lost Wages, try to keep up with Billy on a hike, I don't work out because I don't want to ruin my aerodynamic figure, did I mention drink beer?:D

I try to get out kayaking once a week and Search and Rescue training takes up a couple days a month. Other then that it is hanging out at the pool with friends and beverage (watching my buddy's 4 year old son do his first cannon ball is one of my summer highlights so far) or heading up to the rim camping. I do a lot more hiking in the cooler months but I'm trying to get my wife to start night hiking in the summer. I also have a Jeep that I spend a lot of time working on or playing with.

As far as working out, I don't believe much in it. I'd rather get the exercise doing what I enjoy and I don't enjoy running, lifting weights, treadmills, or stair climbers! I try to make sure I do at least one good physical activity a day and call it my work out.

As far as dancing, trust me, no one wants to see me dance!

Cook, yard work, computer games, music, play with my son, look after the pregnant wife, work out at the gym, do research for a book, play with my son, do research for my degree, read boring books assigned by professors, write boring papers for said professors, play with my son, go to church, do church related activities, fix various relative's/co-workers computers, prepare music for my the choir I direct, play with my son, surf the web, talk to my wife, go shopping with my wife, play with my son, listen to classical music, do the "honey do" list, read material that I want to read, and occasionally....sleep.

I spend most of my time with my children and not enough time with my grandson. Besides shuttling the kids around to work, school, golf, baseball, volleyball, swim, and the mall, I run 6 days a week, I workout 5 days a week, I try to fish at least twice a month. Camp, hike, swim, ride my bike. 4 wheelin with my boys is one of my favorite past times. I love to garden even when it's 110 outside. Somewhere in there I have a job.

past interest include horse racing, surfing, electronics, car mechanics/customizing

however I believe I'm a natural born explorer

I wish I could. Saw them the last time in town at sun devil stadium. I think it was around '95? The hell freezes over tour. One of the best shows I've been to!

First and last time I saw them was in '73. Being a musician of over 12 years, it just doesn't get much better than the Eagles!

No to the Eagles but I do have fifth row seats to Boston!!!!! Now if that doesn't "date" me nothing will!

I saw Crosby,Stills and Nash here at the Dodge theater. They were AWESOME!! Played from 7:30 to 10p with only a 15 min. break+vocals +playing was as good as always! What a treat! Also for all you who can still remember.Procol Harum is playing at the Scottsdale Center on July 27. That's a great place for sound quality + not a bad seat!! I go to Char's to hear Lady J + Maxine Johnson occasionally, until the smoke chases me out,but they sing their "bootys "off!(I went to tthe gym this morning, too!)

Ak, funny how you weave drinking beer through all your activities; so.........do you like to drink beer?

Joe, great hobbies, I want to see the pictures of you surfing :) That's one thing, I don't think I would do, I don't like all the critters in the water. I am not a ocean person, I like jogging on the beach, that's about as far as my interest in the ocean goes.

In reply to what Daryl said: As far as working out, I don't believe much in it. I'd rather get the exercise doing what I enjoy and I don't enjoy running, lifting weights, treadmills, or stair climbers!
That is the key to staying in shape, it's doing something you enjoy.

In reply to what olesma said:do the "honey do" list
I Love it

In reply to what cindyc said:Somewhere in there I have a job.
How? You are amazing :)
