GPS coordinates on summit bench seat

Someone made a very nice metal seat for the bench at the peak. The first set of numbers is clearly the GPS coordinates for Picketpost mountain. The second one is also GPS coordinates and it is has 6 digits of precision after the decimal point so it is intended to be a very precise location. I looked it up and it appears to be in a cemetery in Santiago de Surco, Peru. Maybe a specific grave site? Anyone know the history of this?

Now some idiots promoting their social media and website have replaced the mailbox and bolted it to the summit. I guess the same stupidity that would allow someone to document and share themselves committing a felony also allows them to believe that heavy bolts will somehow magically thicken and strengthen an aluminum mailbox protecting it from future removal.

Cordless side grinders are pretty lightweight now.

There are several plaques on the peak if you care to wander around away from the bench.

There also used to be a signal disc that was quite large.

Hit all four corners and cross the mesa back-and-forth a few times and you will likely find as assortment of plaques, crosses (one made from horseshoes), geocaches and even a trash-cache.

Yup it is! Thanks for the information. By my calculation the six decimal places in the Peruvian latitude and longitude coordinates provide a location precision of about 4 inches in each.
