well I went.. and all is well:)

I took some extra water all the way up there and it wasnt needed. the spring at the south end of the ranch is running so there was plenty of water. no apples to be found;(

the hike was harder then I thought is was gong to be. and it was much much much colder then I thought it was going to be. I like to have forze to death saturday. it was 35 and the wind was blowing at time I would guess at least 30mph+

now is the time to go if any of you plan to go this year. but plan for it to freeze over night.

I agree, you're way too young to have that sort of complaint.

oh oh I did have it checked.. there is nothing that can be done..

when I was 14 I had pneumonia. I had it really bad in my right lung and it actually nearly killed me. I had it for about a month before I said anything about it. if you knew me you would say that figures, becasue I am one of those people that refuses to quit or stop.

before pneumonia, I could run a 5 min mile and run all day long infact. 5 miles a day would have been no problem

after pneumonia I have to run 3 days a week to try to get back to a 7 min mile. it took me almost all of my last year of high school but I finaly got down to 7 min 12 secs. I thought the pain was going to kill me..

I tryed and tryed after that to "learn to live with it" but to no use. I would run 3 times a week when I was 18 and out of school, but I will never be able to.

so I have been to have it checked and they tell me short of removing the lung there is nothing that can be done to repair the damage. so.. I dont worry to much about it.. that was a long time ago

I do ride my bike and hike and swim.. I work out at the gym almost everyday.. so im in good shape, not worried at all. just some things will take me longer then others is all
