Has anybody been to Secret Canyon in the past 11 days?
1997 Forest Service employee David Miller - gone
2003 Michael Ijams - missing
Unless these guys are being eaten alive by bears it's gotta be foul play.

In response to joe bartels' reply:
Shortly after Forest Service employee David Miller disappeared in Secret Canyon back in 1997, The Arizona Republic ran a full-page story in their local travel section describing the area and it’s history. (I saved it, but now when I need it cannot find it)
The nicely written piece focused on the relative remoteness of the canyon so close to the tourist plagued Sedona. It then segued into a recollection of a Mormon family, homesteading in the canyon during the late 1870’s that disappeared without a trace. The story went on to claim tales of “haunting” in the years that followed the disappearances in Secret Canyon.
Taken collectively, I think this is a great example of how coincidence can fuel the human imagination.
There’s most likely nothing to it.
