Edible in AZ

Does anyone have a good resource (preferably a book) of plants that are edible here in AZ, and poosibly some ways to use in camp/ backpack cooking?

How did you know? That is exactly the first thing they do with the kids at my son's job I mentioned earlier. (Somehow I doubt if anyone has ever brained a rabbit with one, though.) My son also has made a super-nifty set of bow and arrows, with arrowheads he knapped himself. Last I talked to him he hadn't killed anything with them, yet. He even made the bowstring.
