Sasquatch stole the beer
From Stiller's alive fingers
Sasquatch running scared
Some thought Joe a myth
Then they met him and worshipped
That's the Teva guy?
Too much bear action
Up in the Pinalenos
Cutler going down
The eagle soared high
Now it has become roadkill
Fed to Vick's pitbull
Little Dan Snyder
Thinks he can buy a trophy
Dropped on head as youth
Jerry Jones new face
Made of polyurethane
Don't get close to flame
Beer cans in the woods
Cigarette butts on the ground
Redneck memories

Hike is not that long
It is only thirteen miles
Almost to halfway
Stefan tortures us
With precooked tortellini
I hate my jerky
Time for redneck hunt
On the lookout for big game
Cleetus shoot that sign!
I love the outdoors
Ride around on a Ranger
Drinking a Bud Light

The dog stays away
You think it does not like you
It just hates your smell
Came across pot plants
Growing in a dark canyon
Party rasta style

I don't know if it's Haiku but I used to use this on Martial Arts forums as a signature.
As he sat there in the lotus position
contemplating the perfection
of his inscrutable martial priestcraft
the 2x4 made exquisite contact
with the rear base of his skull.

Hmmm...well I know it's not a haiku, anyway! ;)
A haiku is pretty simple, it's a triplet with 5-7-5 syllables. You have to count 'em on your fingers.
For example, I could create one using your Bucky Fuller quote:
I think I'm a verb (5)
But really I'm a pronoun (7)
Adjective away (5)
It doesn't mean anything but it is a haiku anyway.
