Well - this Wednesday marks not only my wife's birthday (her last one ever from what I understand - she'll be 29 ) - but also the date of my unemployment. My contract with Intel expires on that day. Due to budgetary constraints (i.e.: their budget is in the toilet) they were unable to extend my contract further or hire me.

Not to worry - I have a few options in the wings, but if anyone has some good sources of employment or business contacts - I would appreciate it.

This will also give me a little time (not too much hopefully ) to do some early morning hiking - so if anyone goes out regularly during the week - I may be willing to grace you with my cheery presence.

Anyone except Hoolie. No soup (chili) for you!!!

By the way: I am an instructional designer/courseware developer and trainer. I specialize in web based training.

Well Olesma, tomorrow is Wed. We will be at the Squaw Peak summit trailhead at approx 4:45 a.m. Then we will run an undetermined amount of time on the trails. If you happen to be up and be slightly energetic we'd be glad to have you accompany us. This may or may not take a total of 2 hours (it did on Sunday) depending on our energy level as we need to hit the gym afterward. As you can guess, Wed is my day off.
