Ever have dreams (the ones when sleeping) involving HAZ? I do.

Example: Last night I dreamed that I went away on vacation and when I returned, I found that Jeff MacE had broken into my house and left my a stack of books about photography and hiking. I was very happy until I woke up and realized it was all a dream. You owe me a stack of books, Jeff.

Maybe tonight I'll dream about Tibber taking one million pictures of me while I try to climb Humphrey's, continually taking steps but not going anywhere...meanwhile thehikerformerlyknownasjhodlof runs up and down the mountain 5 times in one hour and fricknaley fatally shoots wallyfrack for crushing the cloud whisperer's dreams....

Man I'd go in a heartbeat, this upcoming Monday just isn't good for me.

Well damn it Joe, you're just tempting the hell out of me to try that loop, and of course I'd be further tempted to go out to massacre....if I get lost out there I'll send the S&R bill to your place

I dreamed last night that there were these huge sandstone buttes in downtown Flag, and they had these sweet natural arches in them, so I took pictures just so I could label them on HAZ.

Man, if you guys are dreaming of HAZ, what in the hell is my problem? My dreams would have to go on a totally seperate thread! ;)

Last night I dreamed that I was hanging out at the Lowers Woods Canyon TH with Joe Bartles and Coanbru. We were smoking thai sticks

Back in 2008, when under anesthesia I dreamed I was hiking from Agassiz to Humphrey. I was in the saddle going north. THIS was of course very odd, as I have never gone that direction, I always went north to south, or from Humphrey to Agassiz. Oh yeah, it was March so it was still snow covered and winter. Weird dreams.

I had a dream last night that I had a permit to climb this really tall tower. The park service provided packs that included webbing and extremely sharp scissors so that you could make your own harness. I went into a restaurant to work on making my harness but it turned out the webbing was made of cheese, and was very delicate to cut. A guy sat down next to me and kept poking my hand while I was cutting, and the scissors would stab into my flesh. Finally after he did it a third time I yelled at him and stared him down until he left the restaurant. My left arm is soaked in blood at this point, and I'm quite irritated and trying to clean it all up. Then I look up and snakemarks is standing there in her ranger uniform, just chillin' and chewing on some gum. She says, "Well, it's only a flesh wound."

Glad to finally hear of somebody else having some weird HAZ related dreams. I felt like a freak.

The night before last I dreamed that I walked a long way over dead oak leaves, and then walked back barefoot through the snow.

I gotta say: I was frustrated the first time that the HAZ censor replaced a mild-to-moderate curse word with "pumpkin" in one of my posts, but it's pretty damn funny when it does it to other people.

Not too exciting but while camped at the Garfias TH... I had a dream Pappa Bartel hadn't been on the site for a long time and his pm's were unread. So I found out where he lived, went to his house and broke in. It looked like someone had left in a hurry and there was some "contraband" in his clothes strewn room so I left. Then I got to thinking, it was a huge house with a big yard even though it was in Sun City and all the bland decor the same, so I went back thinking I could just live there since he wasn't. While there someone came to the door and I told them I was the owner of the house. She said,"I doubt it because I'm Joe's sister." Awkward.
She told me a girl close to him had died and he left to start another hike site/community in another state but she didn't know where.
Then her boyfriend showed up and didn't like what we were doing but I woke up before he hurt me.

We need to get you into counseling...
