While I can't completely discount some of her opinions, my response to her would be that the real problem is when somebody groups a bunch of unrelated stuff "all in one package" and decides that everybody else should think the same way.

Just because you don't understand why somebody else would enjoy something that you wouldn't, doesn't mean it's not enjoyable. People are different. Get over it.

New science suggests that if you stop and smell the roses too much, you're much more likely to die from Covid. Seriously.

The analysis found slow walkers of a normal weight to be almost 2.5 times more likely to develop severe COVID-19 and 3.75 times more likely to die from the virus than normal weight fast walkers.
It is literally better to be obese and hike fast than to be of normal weight and hike slow.
So there's that! :sweat:
