Arizona Statewide Curfew

Let's see, we now have 110+ degree temperatures in the Valley, so many of us who hike, bike, etc are doing so early in the morning or in the evening. Unfortunately, our authoritarian governor has now dictated that, with few exceptions, we cannot be outside of our residences after 8:00 PM or before 5:00 AM. Amazingly, this edict is statewide.
It looks like we will soon be in a perpetual state of martial law.

You got that right, also I learned Scotts, PD as bad as it sounds kept them at the mall preventing them from expanding out. The worst case is our fear.

I feel like the PD may have been caught off guard last week (esp in Scottsdale)
Scottsdale PD were idiots that night. The only reason that Fashion Square was closed when all that began was because they closed 2 hours early. Why did they close early? Because plans had been being made on FB all day that day to hit Fashion Square that night. Apparently a LOT of people knew about it. And yet the Police ignored it and chose to not come up with a plan and some manpower. I'm glad they were at least able to keep it localized, but how many businesses suffered damage and loss that didn't need to?
But hey, if the Pandemic, Looters and a Curfew don't bankrupt your bar, maybe a drunk driver will.

I would question a lot of things I've seen over the past week and a half. But I'm not sure I have the knowledge or expertise to draw conclusions. I hope there are internal reviews for this kind of thing.
