well, my name is Trish. I can't remember where the "ness" came from as that brain cell is long dead. It just seemed to go together.

Today is Someday.....So what are you waiting for?
All my pictures and other stuff is in storage in Colorado but we will be renting a truck and hauling it all back in about two weeks. I will then hopefully find the pictures and slides and scan/post them for all to see.

I am a huge Doors fan. In 1986 -- six years before the internet was invented -- I logged on to a NAU-only local chat system. The name I chose was Kingsnake, after the Doors' "Crawlin' Kingsnake" song on the "L.A. Woman" album. I flirted with a few other aliases, for a few days here and there in the first few months, but have been Kingsnake for 27 years since, eventually carrying it over to FidoNet and eventually the interwebs.

Since I started this topic, does my username seem stupid given it refers to a mountain rather than a person? At the time when I signed up on HAZ it had more meaning as I was trying to get something going on in terms of music, but that's a lost dream. I've thought of changing to another name for HAZ.

Please do not change your name.
Changing avatars is enough trouble for me already when I play Pixel Triva as I do try to remember who took various pictures.... ;)

Ultimately it's up to you but I feel a user name is kinda like a tattoo. It doesn't have to make sence to anyone but you.

Changing avatars is OK, but I agree with Bradshaws.

No as a matter of fact you can't have my user name.
But I have an avatar I can let you have for real cheap.....

When I was in high school I grew almost 6 inches my freshman year, so I was 6'3" but only weighed about 125 pounds. To say I was skinny was an understatement. Spent quite a bit of time at my friend's house who had a grandfather that lived with him. (Picture Floyd the barber with a touch of senility and chain smoking hand rolled cigarettes all day) Anyways, his grandfather could not keep everyone straight who passed through their house so he gave each of us a nickname. This was the early 80's when everyone wore short shorts and combined with my toothpick legs my nickname was glaringly obvious.
Started using the name online because I have never had a conflict with another user on any of the other forums I frequent.
