due to health reasons. Historically, what have you guys done in your "stir crazy, I have to hike times?"
Read about hikes, plan more hikes, look back at your photos, cry?

It is what it is, my doctor is talking about removing all the metal in my ankle and if he does I'll be out a while. what sucks if that doesn't work then he will build a artificial ankle.
So far I am fighting the whole thing but if it has to be done then I want to be laid up during the summer with lots of cold brew.
I'll just sit on my patio lounge chair drinking some cold IPA's thinking man it to hot to hike.

@Jason Cleghorn hope you get better soon
If not you can just watch hikers at Squaw. It's a lot fun. Sometimes Bob hangs out saying hello extra loud to all the mean people.

I've been healthy but getting involved with someone here in town, so I haven't had as much time for hiking as I'd like.

The nice thing about hiking is it's always there when you need it.

Honestly, I've maintained sanity by just that. The trails and mountains aren't going anywhere. I think this HOT spell so early was contributing to my mental angst. Apparently its supposed to cool down a bit this weekend, etc.
