I notice a lot of folks here have jeeps. We should start the HAZ Jeep Posse.

I love this book.
They have a pallet of these at Costco in east Mesa for $23.99. List is $34.95.

In response to DoFear's reply:

Yeah, 4WD, V6, all the good stuff. And, unlike Matt's Jeep, air conditioning!

I carry several cans of Fix-a Flat and a Quick Air 2 compressor- takes about 20 minutes to inflate my 33" mud terrains from 8 lbs to 30 lbs which is plenty for street( some say too much for street. ) I also have an ARB front locker and Rancho shocks with a small compressor to adjust those for off road. So plenty of air , just slow at times. I also carry a spare Optima battery, a complete front axle assembly and spring hangars just in case. I don't have all tools but parts in case of a major break down- all I need are some spare hands and tools .
I guess we aren't doing much dicussion of hiking on this thread. I think it would be fun to put together a social vehicle trip with maybe a nice picnic or camp spot- with maybe a short hike thrown in, that anyone with a jeep mod or not could enjoy.
