Here in Reno, NV; 5-day forecast is for high 60ºs - lows in mid 30ºs; 3-5 mph breeze; no rain in the forecast; 29% humidity.
YES, we get a change of season here in Reno, something you Zonies no little about.
You'll want to bundle up when the sun goes down.
I well remember thinking anything below 70º was "winter" in Phoenix when I lived there for 25 years.

Through May, June, and July, I might like a slightly later sunrise and would be Okay with a sunset that was 30 minutes (but not much greater) later around the solstice. Otherwise, I enjoy AZT without any daylight saving BS.
If there is one thing I do not get, it is why in the 21st century, we basically continue to follow the 19th century railroad time tables. As it is, we could at the very least have more time zones, decreasing the difference inside a zone. For example: huge differences in sunrise time in winter in the far SE corner of a zone when compared to a far NW corner. Then again, most of our schools continue to follow the Chicago/Austria factory indoctrination method of education, and factory jobs are a real growth sector, right?

There is enough trouble with the current set of time zones, I would hate to see the difficulties with adding more. I have an alarm clock that you can set to not use DST. Doesn't matter, it still changes the time. I lost an hour this morning because of it. Ugh.

A thunderstorm at 5:45 AM with light rain at my house at the beginning of November? Now that is odd.

The word rain has entered the forecast about a week out. Which doesn't really mean anything at all. But it's notable given the recent absence of said word.

Wait for it, and I recommend against getting too excited at this point. However, we need it, and if it comes and is of over 2/10ths of an inch, that has to be good for something.
I checked the 168 hour QPF forecast, and it is not impressive.

He doesn't have a clue what that is but at least the topic is steered in a better direction.
Shame Budda won't get another stab at defending Kittle, you know he was chomping at the bit.

@AZClaimjumper Their new stadium is looking pretty nice. Every time I’m in Vegas, the construction has noticeably progressed. I like the black glass exterior.

I'm assuming the discussion of the Raiders new stadium on this weather forum thread is due to the fact that it will be climate controlled.

My non-existent GPS just told me to go directly west for a two-week Arizona trail hike. Should I be concerned by this?

According to this graphic from the occasionally partially somewhat reasonably reliable National Weather Service, there is a 70% chance of more than the average 0.12" of rainfall during the 5-day period Tuesday-Saturday next week. There's only a 3% chance of less than that amount over the 5-day period.
Based on this forecast, I plan to wash my truck on Monday.

@LosDosSloFolks I’m curious to see how often they’ll clean the glass exterior. Otherwise, it’ll be dusty in no time! They’re forecast for rain next week too, I’ll have to see what it looks like afterwards.

You shouldn't be concerned
UNLESS, you start arguing back & losing your argument.
