Wanted to do some backpacking in Saguaro NP Rincon Mtn district. Found this loop which looks to be about 20 miles, totally doable in two days, spend the night at Manning Camp just about the half way point, water there year round.

This hike will be April 25th and 26th.

Loop starting from Miller Creek, spending the night at Manning camp and returning via Turkey Creek, walk the road back to the car, or have a shuttle of only a few miles.

That is super. I am packing 4 liters of water plus both sleeping bags plus a lunar duo plus all the food and kitchen.. sorry, my pack wont qualify for SUL on this trip but I would carry the world to get Sharon to go so I am certainly not complaining. I am guessing it will be late afternoon before we will see you up there. Our route is Miller Creek Trail to Heartbreak Ridge to Manning Camp ..

now the weather predictor man says 60/40° and breezy. So prepare for 89/21 and a solar eclipse and a possible comet/Earth strike. :sl:

Keep a look out for the Spud Rock Sasquatch. I hear he's been on the prowl lately
