What kind of vehicles do you guys all drive when your going hiking? Im thinking about investing in a 4wd high clearance Jeep or something of the sort so I could get to some places where I definitely couldnt get to with what Im driving now (73 mustang):) I saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee today for $2600 and I was thinking about checking it out. What "hiking vehicle" is easiest to drive and which gets the best gas mileage (even though I know most wouldnt be too fuel efficient.)

Well my tan 2014 FJ went away and now I have a tan 2014 FJ. The difference is the one in the garage now is an automatic, lifted and has less than 30K miles, Ca vehicle with a clean Carfax. Apparently someones spare that never was driven very much, looks well cared for with some nice quality aftermarket on it. Gonna have fun with the auto insurance tomorrow " yes take off the 2014 tan FJ and here is another one; oh, never mind just change the vin number. "

Your wish is my command. BFG K02 10 plys. The vehicles could have been twins, this one is one tier above the one I had. Upgraded sound system, and the person went with a black theme on the accents so looks pretty cool with the tan. Bilstein shocks and looks like Daystar spacers; not my favorite but has a nice leveled look rather than the slightly nose down profile.

I think they have bigger issues than the water damage, did you notice that the recovery was going well until the frame snapped?

I don't think the frame snapped. The driver's side rear axle was pulled out of the rear differential. Unsure what happened in the front.

Some cool videos with nitrous on those and rear trailing wheelie arms racing a few other like vehicles.

Wow, that's a hefty price! Maybe they'd be interested in handling the sale of my 2010 Outback with a gentle 220k miles in classic Sage Green. It wasn't for sale a few minutes ago, but I'd be willing to part with it for $50k.

I would put that tracked vehicle in the front yard with plants all over it just to piss the HOA off.

That would put the 'ol "leaving out the trashcan an extra day" complaint in perspective.

Fortunately a little better than that. In a couple more years, who knows?
