Dang, the Dutchman's Hideout was my favorite place to go for a post-hike fuel-up after a Supes hike .They had a great burger.

I generally tried to get a beer or two there after every hike. Wonder what happened, from what I recall the restaurant is usually closed for the summer.

I can't count the number of times I tried unsuccessfully to eat there. @big_load - I probably succeeded in getting a post hike beer 50% of the time for the reasons you mentioned. I don't know how they stayed in business, they were never open.
