Anyone have experience with the Little Horn Mountains out near the KOFA, just east of the Kofa Mts?
Anyone been near, or summited the Little Horn?
Is it worth attempting?
Anyone interested in a partnered trip there, if you are into the horn?
I figure I got to beat Todd there, before he logs the HAZ first ascent.

Been to the "royal arch" in the area and done some off trail, haven't done the "peak". Most of the mountains are somewhat rugged looking. Coyote peak near the highway is impressive looking and might be technical at least from my view. Roads are good but sandy in general. A very bad area if lots of rain, roads are in a trench.

Should be a good Spring (February to May) for it then, since it's been so dry the last 6 months. I don't think most of SW Arizona has even had 1/2 an inch of rain since the end of August.

The road, just south of where County maintenance ends, as described in the description to 2681, passes through a broad wash which is currently flooded and most likely impassible. I turned back there today.
