Need Shuttle to South Bass TH - Gems Trek 2019

Party of 2 is looking for a shuttle from Hermit's Rest Parking area to South Bass Trail Head on March 23, 2019. Timing is fluid but anticipated time frame is afternoon between 1300 and 1600 hours.
