Construction by Humphreys Peak Trailhead

Does anyone know what the construction by Humphreys Peak trailhead is for? We went to do a family hike starting with the Aspen Loop. The whole loop seemed moved because of the construction. BTW The fall colors are amazing right now on Humphreys.

It's part of the Arizona Snowbowl master plan. I believe the Aspen Loop portion is for a new parking lot below the current lot. They will be adding some additional infrastructure to accommodate growth. The changes are all occurring within the FS-permitted boundary for the ski area.
