Looking for other individuals who may be into trail running. While we enjoy taking the dog out and hitting the trails for a hike we also like to trail run. Looking to meet others that may want to join or get together for a run some day or just share your running experiences.

I'm fortunate enough to be retired at an early age, 47, and live a few blocks from Idaho/Superstition and can still run in the desert . So anything out 88 or 60 is right in our backdoor. As is the Pass mtn area.

I am (when I'm not injured like I am now) but I live in Tucson. There's a handful of runners around here.

I trail run In north mountain in Phx,Az (Perl Charles loop and the trail 7th st north of Peoria ave), I prefer and run solo though as im pretty slow running in my minimalist sandals .

Hi Travis! trail run on the weekends on the local trails. Running stories?
Yesterday a javelina (slowly?) blasted in front of me and before that I was lunged at by 2 leashed dogs on the trail, surely kept me on my toes!

That sounds like an errr......interesting run. Haven't seen any javelina yet. Typically it's just rock, dirt, gravel, more rock and about 10' of narrow single track in front of me
