Horton Fire

I saw this on the Payson Roundup facebook page:
Gila County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Dennis Newman said See Canyon Trail and Horton Creek Trail have been closed after a wildfire started on the Highline Trail above Horton Creek early Wednesday morning. Newman said the Forest Service has resources on the fire, including at least one helicopter that is making water drops. The helicopter is refilling at a nearby site near Zane Grey Estates and from the fish hatchery. He said there is no threat to communities below the fire at this time as it is moving up the Rim.
