Residents in the east of Pinal County have been placed in "GO" status. Officials say residents in the area should evacuate immediately to a shelter or with families and friends outside of the area.

Bummer, some nice cottonwood canopy in that area; it burned in 2017 Roach fire and some structures were lost.

Sent down there several times during my career. Beside the fire we had to deal with bees and snakes. More bees and really big unhappy snakes.

There was a large 2 story Adobe building that had a very cool shaped metal roof. Though old and rough condition it was a interesting building.
