The answer is simple. The Americans were tougher fighters because they were also fighting to get their taxes completed and in the mail! If you don't believe me just look at the date the survey was taken. .

I find it quite concerning only about 70% of people think they could beat a RAT in a fight. Should be about 99% !

I'm surprised that anyone things they have any chance against a chimpanzee. I would expect to finish that fight with my face torn off as well as my limbs, probably with my head bashed in.

@Pivo Well I’m terrified of spiders in my house and I can promise you not a single one has survived an encounter with me. The same would go for a rat in my house.

I have a Bug-A-Salt gun with a laser sight for the spiders and flies. MyRudy, will take care of everything else. However I am glad he didn't kill the snake he found in my bedroom a few months ago.The_Eagle wrote:I can only imagine the remodeling required after all the bullet holes.

I went back to the original reference and note that American women feel more confident than British men that they could beat 1) crocodiles, 2) elephants 3) gorillas, 4) grizzly bears, and 5) lions. Having a mixed anglo-american family I got a kick out of that.

It could depend on what you mean by "beat". Perhaps this is about winning an argument.
