Access Trail to Lakeview Campground?

I saw a bit on here about the construction of an access trail from the AZT to the Lakeview Campground overlooking Lake Mary.
However, I have been unable to find any other information about the trail or showing where the trail actually is located.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
