Hi. I didn't know where to post this.

When I try to send a message via PM, and hit "submit" (because there's no "send") it goes to my outbox. But it doesn't send to the recipient. Anyone know what's happening/what I am doing wrong?

If your message is in your "outbox" it has been sent. When the recipient picks up the message it will then move to your "sent" file.
