On a side note, we were camping up on Anderson Mesa and saw the Starlink sat train going east on 2 nights. Those of us who have spent many an hour star gazing, seeing some 20+ Sats in row, brighter than planets going by is a real celestial gamechanger.

We watched those on consecutive nights as well, 9/22 and 9/23. It was freaky.

I've never seen the bright train (which must be cool) but I know they soon go higher and get fainter and disperse. So they don't artificially pollute the sky for campers but of course they are a problem for astronomers. Since there doesn't seem to be very loud squawks from those guys, I assume they have good software for removing the streaks from their images. I've been surprised the few times I pointed a telescope at the sky in the last few years that I saw faint satellites go by pretty often.
Still pretty darn bold for one company to pull off full satellite coverage. Elon's leverage over earth and it's inhabitants gets stronger.
