Ibrahim Ozcosar, a Turkish university rector, has made statements claiming Boncuklu Tarla is older than Göbekli Tepe. So Karahan Tepe is older than Göbekli Tepe and now we have a race to the oldest. Archie nerds unite!

Yo, and what about the Cerutti mastodon controversy?? 130K years! Last information I saw supported the initial theory that hominids crushed the bones. So much we don't and probably will never know. When I lived in San Diego I probably drove by that site unknowingly a few times.
