Recent-- three women found dead two on a hiking trail and one in a residence in Torrey Utah; one of the gateways to Capitol Reef. While likely a local issue Torrey has less than 300 people so not sure if some of these were tourists or relatives or what. News reports state looking for a white Subaru and gives license plate number.

Yikes! Torrey is the smallest of towns.
CBS reports a suspect was apprehended.

Supposedly early investigation believes the one elderly woman was killed in her home, then the other two women were killed around the TH and the suspect took off with one of the hikers cars and drove thru Utah, Arizona to end up in Colorado. All I can say is stay alert out there, you never know.

I can't believe they found somebody driving the very rarely seen Subaru Outback near a trailhead in Utah, Arizona, or Colorado.

Good thing for traffic cameras...
"Utah's Department of Public Safety said that investigators used license plate cameras and other tools to track Miller through southern Utah, into Northern Arizona and eventually into Colorado in one of the victim's vehicles. Colorado law enforcement found it abandoned in Pagosa Springs. After a brief search, Colorado law enforcement took the suspect into custody without incident, the department said."

If I remember it right, the vehicle belongs to one of the victims. This is going to be a weird story.
