Dreamspeaker ruins in Sedona

Planning a day trip to Sedona soon, plotting out a couple GPS courses mostly to ruins and stuff. One I was interested in is referred to as "Dreamspeaker ruins", it's very close to the Boynton Needle in Boynton Pass. Has anyone here been there? The ruins are up on a very large "ledge" and looking at Google Earth it looks a little gnarly to get up there. I found one yootoob video of some people who did it but they only showed a couple brief sections of their ascent and didn't show which route they took. They were not 20 year old rock climbers so I figure whatever way they took had to be at least somewhat reasonable. I plotted one way up on Garmin and it shows about 500ft gain in 0.4 mi so I'm trying to figure out how comfortable I'd be doing that solo

I have the same map but was trying to pick which side to approach from- west, middle, or east. When I plotted gps on Garmin the west looked a little less steep so I ended up taking the west... Man that ended up being a doozy of a climb! So steep

Did you go up on the SW route...up about the middle of the butte or due west out by Boynton?

Far west and came up just west of Boynton Needle by the granary there. There was a faint social trail most of the way. Up on the mesa though it was hard to follow out to the Dreamspeaker, I'm used to being able to brute force where to go if I need to but there's no pushing through all that manzanita up there

Manzanita makes its own rules. If it is dense ya gotta just 'surf' it...
