It's that time of the year, the number of posts are down and so is the temperature. Were is everyone? Hiking at last. For me, tomorrow starts about 8 months of the most perfect hiking anywhere in the world. Have fun everyone, play safe.

You got that right..... "Tis the season" and everyone's on a trail (or off trail if I know them)....myself included. But then I hiked in the Supes in August. How crazy is that? See y'all out there and look for an HAZ patch.

I JUST JOINED IN LAST WEEK, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO MY FIRST HIKE TOMORROW, 10-5. I AM GOING TO TRY OUT SALOME JUG. I WILL TAKE JOE'S WORD AND NOT TEMPT THE EDGE THIS SOON. I LOOK FORWARD TO MANY GREAT HIKES THIS FALL AND WINTER, AND EVEN POSSIBLY JOINING SOME OF YOU ALL. WISH ME LUCK. BE SAFE, ALL.

My hiking out here will definitly be up. October in Pennsylvania is amazing. Nice and cool with the leaves changing and so much more to see. Going out today on the Mid-State Trail up at Little Pine State Park for a 6 mile hike. This should be amazing!
