Black River to fish anyone?

Looking to make one or two new friends to enjoy the area with.
I'm 36, male and in NW Phoenix.
I've been going there for the past decade but no longer have friends who enjoy it as I do. The area is too remote to do by yourself.
I'm 4wd equipped and plan on exploring some of the more remote roads in the area to try to get away from the crowds.
The goal is to fish, camp (good food, good conversation) and just enjoy lazy days in the the beauty of the area. A small group of 2-3 people is ideal.
If you are not familar with the river, catches of 40-60 smallmouth bass a day are possible. On ultra-light tackle or the flyrod, there is no greater experience. Higher up, the river holds trout which I have yet to fish for but would love to give it a try.
