Snow Storm

Last week when we all got excited by the snow storm we didn't quite get the amounts that we thought. I passed far to the west of Four Peaks and they looked very white but most of the rest of my route up through Sedona to Page was quite barren of snow except our highest peaks.

Cakewalk suggested that I make a webpage to store my photos so I don't have to rely on the free sites and their rules. Well I did and now I am going to test it out and see if it really works. If it does you will view a very frosty set of SanFranscisco Peaks.

My fingers are crossed.

Wheew!!! It worked Mr Wizard.

The strange thing was where the snow fell. Some of the places it fell were a surprise and some of the barren places were a puzzel.

Next Thursday I'll be going back up so we'll see how it's held up.

I'll tell you Cakewalk, the webpage thing for me was a real challenge. I had to learn a lot in a couple of days to do it. It is no where as wonderful and clever as your place but it will do for photos. It didn't hurt that I have a very special programmer friend who wrote me a super little FTP program. I guess the line: 'I'm not aware of too many things, but I know what I know if you know what I mean' applies here.

Mike, I really like that Slingblade line you have in your signature. What a great movie.

Cakewalk, I appreciate your helping hand. I think I'll just keep things simple for now. I really don't have need for anything at this point but posting some of the photos that I have so much fun with.

Now I need another good adventure where the colors are bright and the senery is awesome.
