Looking to backpack in the snow

Hi All,
I am looking to do a backpacking trip in the snow. The more snow the better. The time frame that I am looking at is the last weekend in February (or possibly the weekend before the last). Does anyone have any suggestions as to an area, specific trail, etc... that would be good for such a trip?
Anything that would offer both snow and a water source would be perfect (I haven't gone winter camping in a long time but I still remember how tedious it is to have to melt snow for water) but maybe that is asking for too much :wink: . Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
