What are the chances of more than an inch or two of snow in the Blue Range WA in late April?

One of the longest running cliches states, "Only newcomers and fools try to predict Arizona weather."
Arizona is a land of climate extremes. The so-called "averages" are simply mathematical expressions of some theoretical numerical point between those extremes. Honest.
That said, your best bet to learn almost anything about the "probabilities" of climate are located at:

Remember to have your salt shaker handy beside your computer and sprinkle a grain of salt or two on anything you read there.
And remember, this opinion and five bucks will getcha a nice cuppa joe at Starbucks!

In response to montezumawell's reply:
That's for sure. But here's one prediction I'll stand by: some day in the two weeks centered around Thanksgiving it will snow 6" everywhere northwest of Flagstaff. I think I'm 3-for-3 on that one (with no ill effects).
I'm mostly concerned about being able to follow trail. Cold is fine.
Thanks for the link!
