Suggestions please.

Good evening,
My hiking partner and I will be in AZ from Nov. 12th to Nov. 20th to do a bit of hiking. Since this is a last minute trip, we are a bit overwhelmed by all the information and the zillion miles of trails in AZ. We want to go backpacking for a week and I would really appreciate if you could help us choose the best part (nice panoramic views) of the AZT that we could do in a week (we have hiked the NTP in 12 days to give you an idea of our speed). The only restriction I have is that I am afraid of heights. I know this will pose a personal challenge for me and I am willing to make some efforts but I will be unable to go rock climbing, as you can imagine.
We are not necessarily set on doing part of the AZT and if you have a better suggestion, we would appreciate it.
Finally, we have no means of transportation while in AZ. We will depend mostly on my partner's cousin willingness (she lives in Prescott) to drive us here and there, so we can not do many different trails all over the state.
Thank you very much for any info you can give us.
