I busted my knee about a year ago and it's still not 100%. I'm looking for a good hike that doesn't have too many steep inclines/declines. Any suggestions? I'm thinking overnight.

Do you have any particular area in mind? There are some decent overnight trails in the Supes that we can all recommend.

Not really. I'm planning on going on at least 1 overnight a month starting in January. I'm thinking as long as it's withing 4 hours from Phoenix, I'm good w/ it. I'm pretty experienced (though I haven't been since I moved to Arizona) but my knee gets pretty worn, pretty quick.

First Water Trailhead, Garden Valley Loop trail will be a good start.
