I have a couple of questions to anyone that has been to the jug. Are there anchors that are already there to be able to clip in a rope? Do you need to brings your own cams and nuts? Can you get in the Jug without a rope and get back out?

Yes.
No, but redundancy can be a good thing.
Yes. You can bypass the falls (high, creek right) and then double-back up to the "Jug".
Afterwards, as you follow the creek downstream, the exit point is just after the granite walls stop, on the right side. This trail will take you back up to the old road/trail back first to the trail you hiked in on, and then back to the parking area. (See map down below)
IMO With decent flows it's easier to merely jump it, rather than set up a rap. We did set up a hand-line from the fixed anchor to get to the jumping point, though.
Notice how our model, Higgs, inflates the legs of his shorts to slow his decent. And he was screaming something about MOMMY! (just jokin' Higgs)

There are 2 sets of anchors at the Jug. They are in great condition; newer Metolius bolts and hangers I believe. BUT, the anchors are just bolts and hangers, no chains. There is probably some webbing on the anchors. I would cut off the old stuff and put up some new webbing and a rap ring. The jump is freakin' awesome and is my preferred descent method into the Jug. Less stuff to carry.

If you really love the jug, VOAz is doing trail work there one of these first weekends.
